Busch Stadium: 7/1/06
Cardinals vs Royals

The Good: The Cardinals rallied back to erase a 6-0 deficit with homeruns from Rolen, Molina, and Spiezio. Josh Hancock threw 4 and 1/3 innings of no-hit relief. Edmonds hit a pinch-hit game-tying HR in the bottom of the 9th. Pujols broke out of his slump with 4 hits. The Bad: Ponson gave up 6 runs on 7 hits and 5 walks in just 2 and 1/3 innings. Flores walked 3 men in a row and allowed the go ahead run to score without recording an out. The Cards had the bases loaded with nobody out in the 10th and failed to score. The Ugly: The Cardinals have now lost 10 of their last 11 games.
